About Us and Our Growing Family

OFF-PEAK ENERGY (INTERNATIONAL), LLC is a Hawaii-based limited liability company recently formed to export the energy storage technology skills and expertise of its Hawaii affiliate OFF-PEAK / ELITE ENERGY GROUP, LLC (“Energy Group”) internationally in the Asia-Pacific region.

 

Energy Group has specialized in the design, construction and operation of ice energy storage air-conditioning for commercial businesses in Hawaii since 1999.  It is made up of several entities, including Off-Peak Energy, Inc, Elite Mechanical, Inc and Higa Mechanical Consultants, each providing various professional services offered as a total package by Energy Group. 

 

Energy Group has amassed a very successful track record with ice storage in Hawaii.  It has designed, built and now operates eight (8) major ice storage cooling plants in Honolulu, Hawaii,  including Maryknoll High School, Aiea Medical Building, Market City Shopping Center, Mid-Pacific Institute Phases I and II, Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children, St Francis Medical Center – Liliha and St Francis Medical Center - WEST. 

 

As its first effort outside of Hawaii, OFF-PEAK ENERGY (INTERNATIONAL), LLC has expanded into the Philippines through a new Philippine company, OFF-PEAK (PHILIPPINES), INC, which has its own Manila-based consulting engineers, mechanical and electrical contractors and project developers.  However, it also has the full and active support of Energy Group through OFF-PEAK ENERGY (INTERNATIONAL), LLC.  Members of Energy Group will share their collective knowledge and experience as required to ensure optimal performance of OFF-PEAK PHILIPPINES, INC and unparalleled design-build-operate services for ice energy storage projects in the Philippines.
